NMSMC is an outpatient facility, which provides physical & occupational therapy, aquatic therapy, and specializes in athletic injury rehabilitation.

Physical Therapy at Northern Michigan Sports MedicineIn 1987, Chuck Smith, PT and owner, helped start Sports Medicine Center with the commitment to provide the highest quality care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction. People who reside in and visit northern Michigan lead active and vigorous lifestyles. They enjoy activities varying from golf to triathlons, canoeing to board sailing and mountain biking to quiet walks in the woods. When injury or illness threatens their activity, they seek a proactive means to resume their lifestyles.
We offer a Free Consultation with a licensed physical therapist to see if physical therapy can help you, your family or friends...our goal is to make your life easier by alleviating your pain. We do this as a free community service.
