Deposit Operations Specialist

Our deposit operations team is seeking a detail oriented critical thinker to join them in handling the opening, closing and daily processing of transactions.

This is a process-oriented position, driven by task lists.

This includes reconciliation, wires, debit/credit card processing, auditing and final balancing. The position requires the ability to think with a proactive mindset in a
fast-paced team environment.

Transparent and timely communication is a key to success.

Experience in business, finance or accounting along with previous banking experience is preferred. Ability to understand, navigate and utilize several software programs throughout the day, is necessary. The deposit operations position is a high performing, detail-oriented position which requires the ability to use critical thinking/problem solving skills. Strong technical, math and reasoning skills.
