Thriving Petoskey-Creating a Better Workplace Culture
Join us on Friday, March 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Genesis Center for a Thriving Petoskey panel discussion- Creating a Better Workplace Culture, as a part of our Winfluence programming.
Having a hard time attracting or retaining employees? Learn tips and tricks from some of the area's most thriving businesses on how they attract and retain top employees from the region. From offering amazing benefits packages, to celebrating birthdays and team building activities, glean ideas to incorporate into your business, today.
We have gathered five representatives from thriving businesses- all representing different business sectors in the area- to discuss what they are doing to create an environment where people want to work.

Although this is a stand-alone event, and all are welcome from the community to attend, it will also be a complement the discussion that will be had at our February 25th Connecting Women in Business luncheon. We will dig deeper into what initiatives local businesses have taken to develop a positive workplace culture.
The cost to attend this panel discussion is only $25, and light refreshments will be served.
