Sunset Sound Healing

This summer, our popular outdoor sound bathing experience returns! Settle in as the waves intermingle with the sound of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums, along with gently guided mediation and intentional breathing. 

Allow the sounds and frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls and Lake Michigan waves crashing settle your mind as practitioner and facilitator Amanda guides guests through this self-care session. The instruments interact with the body on a cellular level, facilitating a meditative state and promoting deep relaxation. Guests then rise restored to enjoy a breathtaking Little Traverse Bay sunset.
