Spring Curated Dinner at 1902 Resort

Join us for a seasonal culinary experience in a beautifully restored 1902 schoolhouse, where vintage charm meets the vibrant freshness of spring. Surrounded by blooming florals and soft candlelight, enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course meal that celebrates the flavors of the season. The first course is a bright and refreshing start—a sweet strawberry pecan lemon poppy seed salad, setting the tone for a spring-inspired evening. Next is potato gnocchi with spring vegetables and a browned butter sauce. New for April... you have a choice between jerk chicken or jerk pork for your main course! Both are served with a mango pico de gallo and curry cream sauce with coconut rice. The final course; a warm, rustic tart filled with tangy rhubarb and sweet strawberries, topped with a buttery crumble and served with a scoop of velvety ice cream—spring’s perfect finale!
