Forest Bathing
WHAT IS FOREST BATHING? Forest bathing is a restorative, somatic, sensory exploration typically practiced with a group of people gathered outside in a natural environment. The guided sequence is 2-hours long and combines rest and wandering, interspersed with facilitated group gatherings and solo time. The emphasis is on unplugging, slowing down, and awakening the senses. Forest bathing is a gentle, slow trail meander. Come join us for a couple of hours of "me time" along the trail to relax and unwind without having to "do" anything. We've already done so much work to arrive at this point, let's take this time to focus on ourselves, surrounded by nature.
