Chef Kaytie is formerly the GM and Head Chef of Michigan Brew, but has recently returned to her roots and true passion of the catering business. She is a classically trained chef who has 17+ years in the industry. She studied at the Great Lakes Culinary Institute locally here in Traverse City Michigan, and the Paul Bocuse Institut in Albi, France. Running a camp kitchen at 16, she fell in love with the culinary world at a young age, and will tell you that most of the inspiration and experience she has amassed comes from the many years the trial and error working in professional kitchens all her life, and the many amazing chefs she has worked with and for. Gourmet, classic and scratch made food is her passion, and nothing brings her more joy than sharing her love of food with the world.
